Accessibility

We want people to be able to use our website with different devices, abilities and assistive technologies.

Last reviewed: October 26, 2026. Review scope: the homepage hero and its cloud film.

Our target and current status

Our design and development target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The full website has not yet received a complete conformance assessment. This statement records the features checked and the work still needed; it is not a claim of full conformance or legal certification.

The homepage cloud film

  • The film is silent. The slogan is also real text in the homepage heading, so it does not depend on reading cloud lettering.
  • A visible pause/play button controls the repeating film. You can reach it with Tab and activate it with Enter or Space. The header animation control also pauses it.
  • When your device requests reduced motion, a still image of the finished phrase is shown instead. The film is not downloaded or started on an initial reduced-motion visit.
  • If playback is unavailable, the still image and page text remain available.
  • The film keeps its original proportions on smaller screens. Its controls have visible keyboard focus and targets at least 44 CSS pixels tall.

Work still needed

The hero checks do not establish conformance for the complete website. A full review still needs to cover screen-reader workflows, zoom and text spacing, all pages and interactive components, and any additional media. Some navigation destinations are still being developed. Contact us directly if a page or link prevents you from getting information.

Canadian accessibility requirements

Requirements depend on the organization and jurisdiction. Ontario’s AODA website rules specify WCAG 2.0 Level AA, with stated exceptions, for covered organizations. The federal Accessible Canada framework has separate scope, requirements and timelines for regulated organizations. WCAG 2.2 AA is our development target; it is not a single legal rule applying to every Canadian website.
