Our story

Giving ideas a nervous system

WebNeuro started in Calgary in 2023. An idea only works when its parts talk to each other, so we connect websites, software and marketing, and the organizations we work with become easier to find, easier to understand and easier to deal with.

01Listening

We start by listening

Before we suggest anything, we want to know how your organization actually runs. Who calls you, what they ask, where your staff lose time, and what you wish people already knew before they reached out.

Software that does not fit the way your team works gets ignored. Marketing that brings in visitors falls flat if the next step is not obvious. We look at the whole picture first, then decide what to build.

Most problems we are asked to fix turn out to be connected.

  • The website does not answerCommon questions are missing, so people pick up the phone instead.
  • The front desk absorbs itStaff answer the same question all day and the real work waits.
  • Marketing works harder than it shouldMore visitors do not help when the next step still is not clear.
02Early work

Healthcare taught us how we work

Our early work changed how we think about digital work. We watched front desk staff answer the same questions all day because patients could not find the answers online. We saw teams type the same update into three different systems.

Bringing more people to a website was never the whole job. Those people needed to understand their options and know exactly what to do next, and the staff on the other end needed fewer interruptions, not more.

We still carry that lesson into every project, whether the customer is a clinic, a professional firm or a public organization.

03Tonvux

How a front desk problem became Tonvux

Clinics kept telling us the same thing. Wait times changed constantly, and every change meant updating the website, the screen in the waiting room and whatever patients were told on the phone.

So we built Tonvux. Staff update the information once, and it appears everywhere it needs to. It is live in clinics today.

Tonvux is a good example of how we like to work. Find the problem people complain about most, then build the thing that makes it go away.

04Customers

Why customers stay with us

  • Reason 01You deal with the people doing the work

There is no hand-off to an account manager who has never seen your website.

    People
  • Reason 02Everything is planned together

Your website, software and marketing are planned as one, so one does not undo the other.

    Planning
  • Reason 03You know the scope and the price

Before anything starts you get a written scope and an agreed price. During the project we explain our decisions in plain language, and after launch we agree on what support looks like so nobody is guessing.

05The team

Four people, and one group responsible

Each of us covers a different part of the work, which means nobody has to chase four companies to get one result.

  1. 01The leadSelonge is the first person most customers meet.
Selonge Galoaa, Founder, Public Relations, Main Executive and Content Writer

    Selonge Galoaa

Founder, Public Relations, Main Executive and Content Writer

Selonge founded WebNeuro and is its public face and main executive. She leads client relationships and public relations, and most customers meet her first. She also writes the content for our customers. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with Alberta Health Services, so she knows what a patient wants to read before booking and what a busy practice needs a website to handle so the phone rings less.

  2. 02The buildJoseph turns the plan into websites and software.
Joseph Tadros, Co-Founder and Team Lead

    Joseph Tadros

    Co-Founder and Team Lead

Joseph leads our software, website builds and search marketing. He created Tonvux to save clinic staff from repeating the same updates on different screens. He enjoys solving problems for real people, and he stays involved after launch to make sure what we built is being used.

  3. 03The searchSilvia makes sure people can find them.
Silvia Wael, SEO and GEO Specialist

    Silvia Wael

    SEO and GEO Specialist

Silvia makes sure our customers show up when people search, both on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT that more people now use to find services. She studies the questions people type, works with the team to answer them on the website, and tracks what changes so we know what to do next.

  4. 04The audienceIyaa keeps customers in front of the right people.

    Iyaa Jandali

    Social Media Manager

Iyaa runs social media for our customers, from planning and design to video, publishing and replying to comments. She watches what audiences respond to and adjusts each month based on the numbers, so the content stays tied to what the business is actually trying to promote.

06Process

We listen, we plan, we build, and we test it properly

You will know who is responsible for what from the first week.

  1. 01Listen
  2. 02Plan
  3. 03Build
  4. 04Hand over
  • Listen

We learn how your organization runs and where the time goes before anything is designed.

  • Plan

You get a written scope, an agreed price and a clear owner for each part of the work.

  • Build

Website, software and marketing are built to fit together, with updates as we go.

  • Hand over

We test it properly, then hand over documentation and walk your team through it, so you are not dependent on us for every small change.

07What comes next

The same approach, for public services

We are now bringing the way we work to government and public-sector work, alongside our healthcare and professional customers. The goal has not changed.

  • Help people find the information and services they need.
  • Give the teams behind those services tools that make their days easier.
  • Keep the website, the software and the marketing working as one system.
