About these terms
webneuro.ca is operated by WebNeuro Inc., a company based in Calgary, Alberta (“WebNeuro,” “we” or “us”). These terms cover use of the website only. Any website, marketing, software or consulting work we do for you is governed by the written agreement or proposal you sign with us. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement applies.
Information on this site
The articles, guides, FAQs and other content on this site are general information about digital marketing, websites, search and software. They are not legal, medical, financial, regulatory or compliance advice for your situation. Rules for healthcare advertising, privacy and procurement differ by province, profession and organization, so check with a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, error-free or up to date. Prices, services and features described on the site may change, and a description on the site is not an offer until we confirm it in writing.
Case studies and results
Our case studies describe real work for real clients, shared with their written permission. The figures come from our reporting and from the platforms we used, such as Google and Meta, for the period described. Results depend on the business, its market, its competition, its budget and many other things outside our control.
Past results do not guarantee future results. No one can guarantee a specific ranking on Google or another search engine, a particular number of leads or patients, or that a business will appear in answers from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. We do not make those promises, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
Who owns the content
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, illustrations, videos, the WebNeuro name and logo, and the Tonvux name and logo, belong to WebNeuro Inc. or are used with permission from their owners.
All source code and software behind this website, including its page layouts, components, styles, scripts and the Tonvux platform and its embedded forms, was written for WebNeuro Inc. and is protected by copyright. It is proprietary and is not licensed to anyone. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer or reuse any of it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Client names, logos, photographs, testimonials and case study material belong to those clients and people. They appear here with their signed permission. You may not copy or reuse them.
You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference, including for evaluating WebNeuro as a supplier. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit to WebNeuro and a link back. Any other copying, republishing, selling or use of our content needs our written permission.

When you use the site, you agree not to:
- send false information, spam or someone else’s details through our contact form,
- try to break into, overload, scan for weaknesses in, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it,
- upload or send viruses or other harmful code,

If you find a security problem, please report it privately to support@webneuro.ca so we can fix it.
What you send us
When you contact us, please give accurate information. We use it as described in our Privacy and data handling page. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side until we both sign an agreement. Please do not send confidential business information before we have agreed in writing how it will be protected.

The site links to other websites, such as government resources, platform documentation and our clients’ sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

We try to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change, update or remove any part of the site at any time.
Limits on our responsibility
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, WebNeuro is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to use it. This includes lost profits, lost data and indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to exclude.
